Canada’s Modern Slavery Act Training Course
Welcome to Supply Chain Canada’s training course on Canada's Modern Slavery Act. This online course will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the new requirements legislated for corporate supply chains.
New reporting obligations under the Act requires companies to disclose on an annual basis efforts to address forced labour and child labour risks in their operations and supply chains. The Act introduces legal, reputational, and operational risks for failure to comply, making modern slavery a critical issue in corporate governance and risk management in Canada.
Completion of this online course fulfills part of the training requirements of the Act. The course is made up of 4 modules with each module concluding with a summary and quiz. You will learn about the Act's purpose and what actions need to be taken to comply with its legal obligations.
Upon completion, you'll receive a Supply Chain Canada Certificate acknowledging your successful participation in this training program.
